Executive in charge of Financial Affairs

Mirosław Kastelik was entrusted with the post of Member of Executive in charge of Financial Affairs. Since the 6th February 2013 he has been the Chief Financial Officer and BoD member at UNIPETROL, a.s. on 6th February 2013. Before coming to UNIPETROL, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Maflow Group since 2011. He also collected experience in financial managament in Tele-Fonika Kable company, where he served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of the Board of Directors within years of 2009 and 2010. Within the years of 2007 and 2009 Mirosław Kastelik had worked as Chief Financial Officer in Isuzu Motors Polska Sp. z o.o. Marek Świtajewski was entrusted with the position of company executive on 25^th June 2012. He joined the Unipetrol group in 2010, when he became the executive of Unipetrol RPA. The following year, he took on the position of chairman of the board and CEO of Česká rafinérská. more »
