General Characteristics
Propane-butane is a mixture of liquefied hydrocarbons, mostly with three to four carbons in the molecule. Liquid propane-butane is a colourless liquid, easy to evaporate, and of specific odour.

Application
Propane-butane is used as fuel gas in households, chemical laboratories, industries, etc.
Packaging, Storage, Transportation
Propane-butane is supplied under pressure in rail tankers and road tankers. Propane-butane storage, transportation and handling must comply with legal regulations.
